Hudson and the Hoo Doo Cats

A JumpSwinginRockin BoogieBluesaBilly Band

A blend of the influences of Texas rockin’ blues, country, rockabilly, and swing, along with St. Louis’ historic soul, jump and urban blues, and many of Harkins’ original songs, has played a key role in the band’s long success.

In recent years, Harkins has tapped into some of the nest musicians in the St. Louis area. The band is ever-evolving in different directions. Currently, Hudson and the Hoo Doo Cats’ 7th generation includes two of the nest musicians in Saint Louis – Jon Ferber on guitar and Vince Corkery on bass.
